Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated. Orders will not be processed on the weekends or holidays. 

Processing times may increase during the holidays or any event that may lead to a high volume in orders. 

For orders with a customized jersey, all items in your cart will ship together approximately 1-2 weeks after your order is processed. This includes roster player customization. 

Pre-Sale Items

Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. The order will be shipped once the item(s) become available. Please refer to the product description for the estimated arrival date.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be shipped once all items are in stock.

Please note that all pre-order arrival dates are subject to change. We are not liable for any delays caused by the manufacturer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout window. Shipping is currently limited to the United States. 

Gameday Pickup Step-By-Step Guidelines

  1. Once your cart is ready, proceed to the checkout menu.
  2. Enter contact and delivery information. Shipping address is required; however, the order will not ship out.
  3. Under shipping method, please select GAMEDAY PICKUP
  4. If a stadium-prohibited item is added to your cart, the GAMEDAY PICKUP method will not be available. A separate order will need to be placed for these items (i.e. 3x5 flags, stickers and decals, non-approved stadium bags)
  5. Complete payment section
  6. Once order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a 5-digit order number

By selecting GAMEDAY PICKUP you agree to our Terms & Conditions and understand a ticket is needed to enter the stadium to pick up your order. Full terms and conditions listed below. 

Address Updates 

  • If an address needs to be updated, please email with the subject line "Address Update Order #" with your 5-digit order number within an hour of placing your order. 
  • Please note, emailing does not guarantee an address update. 
  • For orders that were not able to have the address updated, please contact the carrier once tracking has been provided. 

Delayed Packages

  • San Diego Wave FC is not responsible for delays in packages caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer, leading to undeliverable shipments.

Our team processes customer service emails on weekdays (Monday through Friday). Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.

Gameday Pickup Terms & Conditions – 7/20 

  • Customer must have ticket for entry to the game.
  • Gameday Pickup Availability: For the 7/20 home game at Torero Stadium, select gameday pickup as a shipping option from 7/9 through 7/16 at 11:59pm. Customer addresses will be requested, but these orders will not be shipped.
  • Pickup Timing: Orders can be picked up from when gates open at 5:30 PM until the 75th minute of the game.
  • Pickup Location: The designated pickup spot will be the merchandise stand located in the main concourse of Torero Stadium.
  • Required for Pickup: Customers must present their confirmation email, order name, and order number to pick up their order.
  • Order Issues: If there are any issues with your order, an email will be sent to the address used for the purchase ahead of the game.
  • Pre-Sale Items: Will not be available depending on availability. Please refer to the product description for estimated arrival date. Estimated arrival date is subject to change. 
  • Stadium Rules: The following items must adhere to stadium rules:
    • Prohibited Bags: Large purses, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, luggage, computer bags, or any bag larger than the permissible size.
    • Approved Bags:
    • Clear bags up to 12” x 12” x 6”
    • Bags 4.5” x 6.5” or smaller
    • Banners, Posters, and Signs: Must be no larger than 24” x 36”.
    • 3x5 flags are not available for gameday pickup as they are not allowed in the stadium.
    • Stickers & Decals: Prohibited at Snapdragon Stadium
    • If an order has any prohibited items in the cart, the Gameday Pickup method will not be available to be selected. A separate order will need to be placed for these items. 

Any guest intentionally possessing a prohibited item inside Snapdragon Stadium is subject to ejection from the stadium and may be subject to criminal arrest and prosecution. The full prohibited items list for Snapdragon Stadium and other FAQs can be found here.

  • Unclaimed Orders: Orders not picked up by the 75th minute will be processed as a return and charged a restocking fee. 15% of the total order will not be refunded to cover the restocking fee.
