Returns and Exchanges Policy

• Item has not been worn and is in new condition with tags
• Customized item(s) are not eligible for returns or exchanges
• All sale items are final sale
• Shipping is not refunded

To return an item:

1. Visit our customer account page here
2. Enter the email address associated with the purchase you intend on returning
3. Enter the 6-digit code that was emailed – you will have 15 minutes from when the code is emailed to log in
4. Select Request Return on the order you are looking to return
5. Select the item(s) you will be returning
6. Please select the reason as for why you are returning 

After approving merchandise return request, a team member will be in contact shortly after with step-by-step guidelines on the next steps. Returns are shipped at customer's expense. 

Once item(s) are received and inspected by our team, we will begin the refund process and credit the card used for the purchase - your refund can take up to 10 business days to post back into your account.

Venue Purchases

• Items purchased at venue may be returned and exchanged at venue. If you would like to return via mail, please email info@wavefc.com for step-by-step guidelines. Please note, our game day inventory rotates and there is no guarantee your previous item will be available. The team store at Snapdragon Stadium is only open during our home game days unless otherwise posted.
